History

FC Bracknell was originally founded in 1977 by a group of football enthusiastic dads to provide football for their children and their friend’s children, with the club celebrating 30 years in 2007. The club has now grown to be one of the largest and most successful in the area, providing football for 250 boys and girls from Soccer School for under 5/6's up to and including the under 18's, culminating in 2006 by being awarded the status of FA Charter Standard Club by the Football Association.

The club's teams play on Saturdays in the East Berkshire Youth Football League (EBYFL) and Sundays in the North East Hants Youth League (NEHYL).

The club has a long history of successful teams and age groups winning league divisional titles, divisional and age group Fair Play awards and in 2010/11 the U15s Berks and Bucks County FA Cup competition.

In the words of our motto ‘let football do the talking’, our football philosophies, achievements and results are the envy of many and a pride to everyone associated with FC Bracknell.
